We are a professional facade manufacturer with our own production base. We supply glass curtain wall, aluminium cladding, GRC facade and aluminium windows & doors under our brand SID facades to contractors worldwide.

Do you provide branded or OEM supply?
We offer both:
- Branded supply (SID facades) for projects
- OEM & custom fabrication for qualified clients
We respect customer brands and will not compete in local markets.

Can you meet project standards in different regions?
Absolutely. Our windows, doors and curtain walls comply with Australian standards AS4284 and AS2047. Our acoustic louvers follow ISO717-1 and AS/NZS1276.1. We support various regional building specifications to fit overseas construction projects perfectly.

Do you accept third-party inspection?
Yes. Third-party inspection is welcome in our factory to ensure quality meets project requirements.

Can you provide technical support for projects?
Yes. We support shop drawings, calculation, fabrication details and installation guidance for curtain wall and window systems.

What is your MOQ for project orders?
We accept flexible MOQ based on actual project demand. Both small and bulk orders are acceptable.

How long is your production lead time?
We deliver the first draft construction drawings in 10-20 days upon receipt of deposit and drawings. After drawing confirmation, sub-frames will be ready in 6 weeks, and facade panels will be completed within 8 weeks.

What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T:
- 30% deposit upon order confirmation
- 70% balance before shipment

Can you supply full container or mixed container?
Yes. We support full container orders and reasonable mixed container orders for project convenience.
